Please contact us first to arrange a support session before downloading the SOS software.
If you have already contacted UK-IT Group LTD and one of our engineers has asked you to download the rescue software onto your machine, then please click and run the appropriate link below.
Once run, the software will display a 9 digit code which we will require to take control of your machine to proceed with support.
